Equipment: This was shot with my good old panorama setup: a Nikon Coolpix 4500 with an FC-E8 fisheye lens. The camera was set to the F2 position, so the image fills the frame, but it doesn't capture the areas directly above and below the camera.
Shooting multiple Fudges was easier than I'd anticipated. I simply took several shots in each of the six positions I'd normally use to create a panorama, and layered them in Photoshop, painting in the relevant areas using layer masks. None of the images of Fudge have been moved - where you see them is where Fudge was in the garden at the time.
The panorama was stiched with PTMac. It was made into a QTVR and the hotspots added using CubicConverter and CubicConnector. The sounds triggered by hotspots were added with VRHotwires. |

The weekend of this World Wide Panorama shoot, my partner and I were dog-sitting for my sister-in-law, who was spending a long weekend in Glasgow. I'd had a few ideas about what to shoot for the panorama, but nothing seemed to embody the idea of energy mor.. - read more -
