Photo Illustration: My original intent was to shoot a homemade bio-diesel setup; unfortunately this fell through. My back up plan was the oil refineries in Commerce City (Adams County, Colorado.) However, I was harassed by a security guard (despite being on a public street) and forced to shoot at some distance. The result was a dull and uninteresting panorama. I decided to ‘spice it up a bit’ by compositing it with the giant dancing figures, (shoot outside Denver's Center for the Performing Arts,) and adding some simple Photoshop trickery . . . . |
