Mill Ruins Park and Stone Arch Bridge
Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
Lat: 44° 58' 49" N view map Long: 93° 22' 15" W
Date/Time: December 27, 2005 - 2:00 PM
Equipment: This was an interesting panorama to shoot because it involved some different techniques from my previous works. I wanted a true black & white film look so I used film instead of digital. Also, it is a multi-row panorama. The sky and ground were not too interesting so I only shot 2 rows. This was shot on 35mm Ilford Delta 100 with a 24mm 2.8 lens on a Nikon FA with MD-15 motor drive. The tripod head was a 303SPH on a Bogen 3021BPRO Tripod. I scanned the film on a Canon Lide 80 scanner with film adapter (ick!). Software was Stitcher, Photoshop CS, Cubic Converter and Cubic Connector. Describing the workflow makes me shudder just typing it.
