REALVIZ® ANNOUNCED AS FOUNDING TECHNOLOGY PARTNER OF NEW VIRTUAL REALITY DIRECTORY - FULLSCREENQTVR.COM

Sophia Antipolis, France (March 24, 2004) - REALVIZ ® , a leader in image processing software development, is pleased to announce that they are amongst a select group of founding technology partners working together to support the new virtual reality website,   www.fullscreenqtvr.com, which launched this week. The new site, a joint project initiated by panoramas.dk and VRMAG, is a full screen QuickTime Virtual Reality website, which    will serve as a thumbnail directory of high-quality QTVRs on the Internet. The Company, which develops the award-winning panorama software, REALVIZ Stitcher ® , has been working together closely with the site founders to offer their support in the lead-up to the   launch this month. The desire for and popularity of full screen QTVR panoramas has been clearly demonstrated with the great success of panoramas.dk's 'Full screen Panorama of the Week', which has been featured in many articles and publications, including the New York Times, and has attracted a worldwide following of viewers. Each week Hans Nyberg selects a full screen panorama to showcase based upon its newsworthiness, artistic quality or beauty. Hans Nyberg of panoramas.dk and Marco Trezzini of VRMAG worked on the idea of a website directory of full screen QTVRs for many months, and now, with technology partners Canon, Fuji, Kodak, Peace River Studios, Kaidan, ZOOMIFY and REALVIZ on board, have launched the first stage of the website with links to hundreds of full screen panoramas.  A second version, expected in a couple months, will allow users to up-load thumbnails and links to the directory.

"Our mission is to break down physical, geographic and moral barriers by providing visual knowledge of the beauty of the world around us," says VRMAG's Marco Trezzini.   "It's a tall order but once you've stood on top of Mount Everest, planted your feet on the soil of Mars, marveled at the beauty of the Vatican basilica, and been a part of the raucous New Year's Eve celebrations in Times Square, you'll understand what we are striving to achieve."

"We are extremely happy that REALVIZ were able to offer their support to this project from the onset," continues Trezzini. "Our partnership on this and on other ongoing projects being carried out by VRMAG, offers us the unique opportunity to leverage on the Company's significant reputation and the strong brand recognition which REALVIZ Stitcher enjoys within the industry. In fact, we will shortly be revealing further details on our work with REALVIZ Stitcher and the company QualiLife, which will enable heavily disabled people to surf and enjoy the fullscreen VR experience easier than ever before. In addition, next month's VRMAG will also feature a very special shoot, completed with REALVIZ Stitcher, in the spectacular Duomo di Milano."

"This is a project which brings together a unique collection of industry players, and which offers a truly outstanding library of material" said Dominique Pouliquen, REALVIZ CEO. "We are delighted to be able to lend our support to fullscreenqtvr.com. This is a great showcase for the QuickTime community, which really illustrates the stunning results which can be achieved by anyone with a digital camera, a good eye and a sense of adventure. Good software helps too, of course!"
